These are awesome. Will you guys ever offer bulk discounts? You know, a “Order 5 and get the 6th one free” kind of thing.

David L. Apr 11th, 2006 Link

Are the magnetic holders being sold in Canada?

Stuart Apr 11th, 2006 Link

If you’re having trouble sourcing a magentic badge holder from your dealer, you can buy one from Outmotoring.com and they’ll ship worldwide.

Shamus Apr 11th, 2006 Link

This is probably a stupid question…but I really have no idea what the “37″ is. Enlightenment anyone….

Coneslayer Apr 11th, 2006 Link

37? “Clerks” reference?

dickdavid Apr 11th, 2006 Link

Quoted From Gabe :

37 was the number of the first Mini (driven by Paddy Hopkirk) to win the Monte Carlo Rally in 1963. A watershed moment in Mini history. So that number is usually the first one that comes to mind when you’re thinking of MINIs and Minis.

blalor Apr 11th, 2006 Link

Ooh, I want one that says “42″, then!

05DSMCS Apr 11th, 2006 Link

For those who have received theirs and ordered with Priority Mail shipping, how long did it take to get to you? I’m going on a week now waiting for mine to come, but don’t know if I should be worried about not getting it yet or not. Just anxious.

David L. Apr 11th, 2006 Link

How about a Canadian flag badge for us Canucks? There are over 10,000 MINIs in Canada. No fancy colours, red and white shall do!

Todd Apr 11th, 2006 Link

Some of the Priority shipments are taking four to five days instead of the normal 2-3 because of increased mail volumes during tax season. That’s what the Post Office is telling me anyway. In addition, they tell me that Priority Mail is not guaranteed in a certain time frame.

Also, most orders ship by the second day after the order depending on when the order comes in.

If you don’t get your US order in seven days let me know especially if it’s shipped Priority- International orders will take longer depending on the country.

Are the badges interchangable? I’m not sure if I understand what they are- are they stickers? Or are they badges that are magnetic to the holder

Marty

Gabe Apr 11th, 2006 Link

Marty - the answer is yes, they are magnetic and interchangeable. You may want to read this for further info if you missed our initial post:

New badges? Will there be a subscription based model soon? :-D

Got a bulk order going for Germany…

Zeke Apr 12th, 2006 Link

I bought one before I even have my MINI. >.

Thanks for the shipping update, Todd!

Todd: We need some Canadian Flag badges!

=R=

Robert Apr 12th, 2006 Link

And the badge holders are available in from MINI dealers in Canada for $41.50 Cdn. There’s a 2 - 3 week waiting period.

meinamini Apr 13th, 2006 Link

This is going to become an expensive hobby!! Keep up the great designs guys!

genom Apr 13th, 2006 Link

any swiss or norwegian badges in the works?

tony T Apr 14th, 2006 Link

So they only attach by a magnet…???

Guess the theiving kids around our way would start collecting badges if I had one of these…

…as well as my Union Jack valva caps…. :-(

05DSMCS Apr 14th, 2006 Link

Ah…they’re cheap. Just buy a bunch and you’ll have them for whenever a kid swipes one, or you forget and have it sprayed off in a car wash. I have three now…and will be ordering more…in addition to another badge holder.

Gabe Apr 14th, 2006 Link

Actually they’re cheaper than a set of MINI valve stem caps :)
